Suitehearts
Timothy and Elizabeth are young, inexperienced, and newly married. To celebrate their honeymoon in style, they book the finest suite in all of New York. Unfortunately another couple had the same idea at the same time. Maybe the bellhop can help clear up the mess? Don't count on it! This comedy by William Van Zandt and Jane Milmore is filled with one-liners, awkward situtations, and a few life lessons. It is a hilarious comedy for anyone who has ever been in love.
Natalie Needs a Nightie
Tommy Briggs lives upstairs, or does he live downstairs? In this hilarious production, a young soft drink executive has to convince his boss that he is married (he’s not) and has a child (he doesn't) in order to get the raise he so dearly wants. Mistaken identities, disappearing clothing and meddling friends add endless laughs to this farce by Neil & Caroline Shaffner.
High School Musical 2
The Parking Lot Players are back with their latest production, High School Musical 2. This second installment of Disney’s record-breaking series follows the students through summer break at a local county club. Friendships and love are tested as the students try to land summer jobs, plan for the future, and have fun outside of the school walls. This blockbuster, written by Peter Barsocchini, is sure to be a favorite for kids of all ages.
Kitchen Witches
Dolly Biddle and Isobel Lomax were once best friends, but that was long ago. They now host competing cooking shows - at least they did until the station cancelled them both. With their careers at an apparent end, tempers boil over in front of the camera and chaos ensues. The only problem is that the audience loves it. For better or for worse, Dolly and Isobel have a new successful show – if they can learn to work together. This comedy by Caroline Smith is sure to have you in stitches over the witches.
Route 66
Take a nostalgic trip down Route 66 with four gas station attendants singing their way through classic favorites like “King of the Road” and “The Little Old Lady from Pasadena”. This returning fan favorite by Roger Bean is sure to be enjoyable for music fans both young and old.
Alice in Wonderland
The Brooke Hills Playhouse welcomes a cast of young actors to its stage for Lewis Carol’s classic tale of a brave young girl named Alice. Curiosity leads her into a strange and magical land where nothing seems quite right. Join us for Alice’s exciting adventure as she tries to find her way through Wonderland.
